摘要: Different assay conditions induce changes in the ferric chelate reductase activities of leaf plasma membrane preparations from Fe-deficient and Fe-sufficient sugar beet. With an apoplasttype medium did not change significantly when Fe(III)-EDTA was substrate. However, with citrate as substrate, effect depended on citrateto-Fe ratio. When citrate-to-Fe ratio 20 ∶ 1, effects were practically unappreciable. a lower 5 1 apoplast-type than standard medium. Our data also indicate that anaerobiosis during facilitates reduction malate by preparations.
