摘要: PURPOSE: Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer (PC) are the most common urologic diseases among men over fifty and, until recently, they were considered to be caused by impaired immune response. Despite many studies designed investigate T-cell-based antitumor immunity, role of innate cells in BPH PC is still poorly understood. In this study frequency different leukocytes subpopulation peripheral blood BPH, patients healthy volunteers was analysed compared. METHODS: a cross-sectional 60 subjects enrolled (20 with or 20 volunteers). Peripheral mononuclear (PBMC) isolated percentage T lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) NKT cells, as well subsets lymphocytes [CD3+CD56–CD4+, Tregs (CD4+CD25+FoxP3+) CD3+CD56–CD8+] NK (CD3–CD56+dim CD3–CD56+bright) flow cytometry. Intracellular content interleukin-4 (IL-4) interferon gamma (IFNγ also detected. RESULTS: The their did not differ investigated groups, while highest patients. cell groups. Negative correlation between PSA value, observed only Highly positive value found CONCLUSION: Different frequencies distinctly lymphocyte men, could responsible for occurrence progression tumour. Due ability tumours suppress cognate response, immunity (NKT Tregs) may playing key immunopathogenesis BPH.
