摘要: Abstract Content Centric Network (CCN) has been envisioned as a paradigm shift from client server architecture. In smart cities, transportation plays an important role where integrated services facilitate citizens through the ease of use, safety, and convenience. this work, we propose CCN for intelligent Congestion Avoidance Fast Emergency (iCAFE) delivery at road side accidents. One significant contributions is novel content-centric VANET-based protocol called iCAFE, efficient traffic control algorithm five unique packet headers effective communications. case accident, emergency packets are broadcast to RSU wherein forwarding information based (FIB) pending interest table (PIT) updated accordingly. The broadcasts hospital sends rescue message ambulance. also informs nearest RSUs vehicles evacuate affected lane. After process completed, data unicast PIT FIB updated. iCAFE achieves high ratio (PDR) with minimum delay (R-Delay), throughput, network load, smaller collision probability, drop fraction. results compared accidents reduction strategy (TARS).
