摘要: 'Pink Lady®' apples (Malus domestica) fruit were harvested at commercial maturity treated with three different agrochemical products, and stored 1 °C under either air or controlled atmosphere conditions (2.5 kPa O2 + 3 CO2 2 CO2) for 15 28 weeks. Diphenylamine, folpet imazalil contents in both skin flesh simultaneously determined after cold storage plus a simulated marketing period of 7 days 20 °C. Results showed that 2.5 retained higher diphenylamine residues comparison those refrigerated air. Significant differences found throughout the weeks atmospheres. © 2008 Swiss Society Food Science Technology.
