摘要: Abstract Blue mould caused by Penicillium expansum is one of the major pathogens causing serious losses during postharvest and storage periods apples pears. Rhizopus stolonifer has also been identified as causative agent important rot in these fruit packinghouses after humid spring seasons. An early disease detection system could help to reduce such losses. Biotic interactions affect emission volatile compounds infection, this changed profile ‘Golden Smoothee’ ‘Blanquilla’ pears inoculated with P. R. throughout their shelf-life at 20 C for up 7 days. Dynamic headspace-gas chromatography was used determine if infected emitted distinct different from those non-infected emissions be detected before infection visible fruit. According results obtained both pathogens, Z -3-hexenyl 2-methylbutanoate a potential biomarker because it quantified diseases were not non-inoculated control Similar 2-butanone α-pinene .
