摘要: TiO2 mesoporous nanoparticles (NPs) doped with yttrium (Y) ions are fabricated via an environmentally friendly and facile solvothermal method to serve as a photoanode for dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). X-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy N2 adsorption–desorption tests used characterize the influence of dopant on properties NPs. The prepared Y-doped NPs show anatase phase exhibit Ti–O–Y bonds. photovoltaic performance is primarily associated morphological parameters At optimum Y concentration 3 at%, short circuit current density increased from 13.20 15.74 mA cm−2, full sun power conversion efficiencies 6.09% up 7.61% compared blank DSSC.
