摘要: Abstract In this paper, TiO 2 photoanodes were doped with yttrium under different doping concentrations via hydrothermal method and further employed to assemble dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). XRD, XPS, SEM, TEM, UV–Vis DRS PL measurements carried out investigate the effects on crystal structure, chemical status, optical properties dye loading capacity of photoanodes. The photovoltaic performance various concentration was measured by recording photocurrent-photovoltaic curves, result indicated that :0.006 Y exhibited best power conversion efficiency high short circuit current density (J sc ) open voltage (V oc ). This improvement may be due enhanced visible light harvesting, increased reduced photoelectron recombination.
