摘要: Parkinson's disease; iron; neurodegeneration; oxidative stress Abstract In this case presentation, a man with diagnosis of disease was treated Chelation Therapy against iron without serum level correla- tion. The patient, who suffered from motor and non-motor symptoms the disease, showed an improved condition after Therapy. This clinical test evaluated UPDRS III score. rationale limits are discussed. suggests that iron-dependent could represent promising therapy for dramatic necessity to deeply study metabolism in neuro-degeneration appears really significant.
