ICP was observed five successive generations; most patients also had cholelithiasis. The uniform expression, complete penetrance trait direct parent-to-child transmission support Mendelian dominant mode inheritance. Determination HLA A, B C haplotype made patients, without any findings type common to everyone. X-linked inheritance cannot be excluded this study.
