摘要: Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is a reversible cholestatic liver disease that may develop during the second or third trimester and resolves rapidly after delivery. The chief complaint pruritus. Serum tests reveal moderate with increased levels bile salts (> = 10 micromol/l) aminotransferases. pathogenesis ICP multifactorial. Potential contributors include genetic predisposition interacting effects estrogen progesterone metabolites on secretory mechanisms, as well environmental factors. cause fetal distress, stillbirths premature deliveries, leading to perinatal morbidity mortality. Several drugs have been used for treatment. available evidence suggests most effective therapy ursodeoxycholic acid, since this drug improves pruritus function without maternal toxicity.
