摘要: Invasion and metastasis represent two of the most critical rate limiting steps cancer progression. It is very well known that IBC lympho-angioinvasive appears to be metastatic upon inception. Therefore, identifying targeting molecules regulate these formulate a logical treatment approach for IBC. This chapter focuses on advancements have taken place so far in terms unique molecular determinants potentially drive invasion metastasis. Studies before 2000 established SUM149 SUM190 cell lines, identified hormonal status, differential expression RhoC GTPase, LIBC (now as WISP3) E-cadherin, potential markers along with creation MARY-X xenograft model. These findings developed strong foundation studies post 2001 investigated various pre- posttranslational signaling events, pro-angiogenic factors targeted therapy approaches We conclude this comprehensive model summarizing all breakthrough their interdependence could ultimately produce response preventing
