摘要: In this manuscript, we describe the application of Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS), Cross-Correlation (FCCS), and scanning FCS (sFCS) to two in vivo systems. first part, two-photon standard Caenorhabditis elegans embryos.
