摘要: This paper demonstrates a direct relationship between designer/builder interaction and project performance, based on large database. It also presents predictive model to forecast performance the planned level of interaction. Degree (DOI) is defined as extent among designers, builders, team members during all phases. As DOI scores rise, quickly improves becomes more consistent. Regression analysis 38 recently completed projects shows modest but significant correlation including user satisfaction.
