Materials Methods: The efficacy was assessed using dentin shavings collected at 2 depths 200 400 μm. total colony forming units end 1, 3, 5 days were assessed. Results: overall percentage inhibition bacterial growth (200 μm depth) 100% with gel. This followed by M. citrifolia (86.02%), which showed better as compared (78.9%), papain (67.3%), hydroxide (64.3%). There no statistical difference between data depth.
