摘要: Aims: The aim of the study was to evaluate ability a mixture (castor detergent and papain enzyme) MCP remove smear layer by using scanning electron microscope. Materials Methods: Samples 45 human extracted divided in 3 groups (A, B, C) n = 15 prepared endodontically pro taper system up size F 3, each group irrigated with corresponding solution ml between file 5 minutes as final irrigant following: Group A distilled water (control negative). B 2.5% (Sodium hypo chloride) NaOCL 17% (Ethylene di amine tetra acetic acid) EDTA positive). C 20% castor 4% enzyme (MCP). Each sample dried paper points. samples were sent for SEM photograph. evaluated at three levels (apical, middle, cervical part canal) Results: showed partial removal both organic inorganic parts (dual action) from root canals, but apical one significantly less clean than other two, also it has more gentle effect erosion NaOCl. NaOCl completely canal, still third that two. It is impossible without inner surface canal when used minutes. Conclusion: had partially dentin erosion. While obvious dentinal Still area mechanical anatomical limitation irrigation.
