摘要: The present study performed an SEM evaluation of the efficiency following detergents on smear layer removal root surface: sodium lauryl sulphate, Plax, castor oil, and EDTA 24%. Sodium sulphate did not remove showed worst results all tested. Plax castor-oil similar represented by partial layer; these were better than those obtained in control (physiologic serum) groups. Neutral 24% was most efficient detergent for removal.
