摘要: The prevalence of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, HNSCC, continues to grow. Change in the expression TP53 HNSCC affects its downstream miRNAs their gene targets, anomalously altering expressions five genes, MEIS1, AGTR1, DTL, TYMS BAK1. These alterations follow repression that upregulates miRNA-107, miRNA- 215, miRNA-34 b/c miRNA-125b, but downregulates miRNA-155. above so far unreported genes are targets these miRNAs. Meta-analyses microarray RNA-Seq data followed by qRT-PCR validation unravel new ones HNSCC. regulatory roles on miRNA-155 miRNA-125b differentiate AGTR1 BAK1in vis-a-vis other carcinogenesis. Expression changes alter cycle regulation, angiogenic blood formation, apoptotic modes affliction. Pathway analyses establish resulting systems-level functional mechanistic insights into etiology
