摘要: A generalized Fermi‐Dirac integral F(e,η), is evaluated. The density of states used derived from k lim →·p → perturbation theory. Tables are presented for parameters e and η over the ranges 0.01≤e 2 < 0.01 which evaluate F(e,η) all η≤10 not included in tables. region validity approximate formulas overlaps range tables making possible cross checks on accuracy.
