摘要: The impact of sesamin, episesamin and sesamolin (sesame lignans) on hepatic gene expression profiles was compared with a DNA microarray. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed experimental diets containing 0.2% or sesamolin, control diet free lignans for 15 d. Compared to lignan-free diet, caused 1.5- 2-fold changes in the 128 40, 526 152, 516 140 genes, respectively. modified not only mRNA levels many enzymes involved fatty acid oxidation, but also those proteins transportation acids into hepatocytes their organelles, regulating concentrations carnitine, CoA malonyl-CoA. It is apparent that sesame stimulate oxidation by affecting various metabolism. We observed lipogenesis, cholesterogenesis glucose generally greater than sesamin. In terms amounts accumulated serum liver, ranked order differences bio-availability among these appear be important divergent physiological activities.
