摘要: We report helium adsorption capacities and the true specific impenetrable solid volumes of a clinoptilolite-rich Escott zeolite from Werris Creek (Australia), synthetic 3A 4A zeolites, carbon molecular sieve 3K-172 measured by gravimetric method at pressures (300-3500) kPa temperatures in range (303-343) K. Our procedure extends previous works Gumma Talu [1] to determine volume adsorbent, which standard pycnometry is determined under assumption that does not adsorb room temperature. results confirm on these solids small, but zero: equilibrium 3500 303 K were 0.067 mmolig Escott, 0.085 mmol/g 3A, 0.096 0.089 3K-172. The 10-15% larger than pycnometry, this error can result uncertainties 2.6-28% CO2 N-2 high pressures. largest for zeolite, had lowest capacity N-2.
