摘要: Abstract The objective of this work are in-depth experimental studies the thermal regeneration zeolite molecular sieves 3A and 4A used to dewatering aliphatic alcohols: ethanol, n-propanol n-butanol. results water desorption during stage temperature swing adsorption (TSA) process, following alcohols on adsorbent fixed bed contained in column presented. Multitemperature Langmuir-Freundlich dual-site Langmuir-Langmuir equilibrium models were correlate data from gas phase at temperatures 100–250 °C. stability, capacity, selectivity efficiency zeolites studied using DTA-TGA, XRD, IR UV–Vis-NIR methods. DTA-TGA investigations, carried out range 20–1000 °C revealed that removing sieve takes place up 400 °C 500 °C. However, higher than 240 °C (3A zeolite) 230 °C (4A decrease rate was observed. Investigated reveal structural stability least 500 °C, heating above lead an irreversible collapse structure a loss adsorptive capacity. influence inlet purge air (200–250 °C), mass flux density (0.170–0.306 kg/m2s) dynamic cooling steps duration, studied. lowest energy consumption measured for 250 °C. Dynamic equals 65%
