摘要: ABSTRACTEutrophication of water bodies due to phosphate enrichment is an ecological problem. Phosphate removed from wastewaters by enhanced biological removal worldwide accumulating organism. In order understand the process treatment, existing microbial community and its metabolism are studied widely. This study focuses on isolation polyphosphate-accumulating bacteria different environments studying their capacity with carbon supplements under varying culture conditions. The total heterotrophic bacterial population diverse showed existence phosphate-accumulating bacteria.
