摘要: A digestibility trial was conducted to determine apparent coefficients of dry matter, protein, energy and amino acids animal, plant microbial ingredients for Pacific white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei. The tested included traditional soybean meal (TSBM), PepsoyGen (PSBM), NutriVance (NSBM), fish (FM), poultry (PM), squid hydrolysis (SQH), scallop (SCH), flash dried yeast (FDY), two batches Ulva (UMF UMS) bacteria biomass (BB). basal diet formulated produced along with the experimental diets which 300 g/kg each ingredient 700 g/kg diet. Juvenile shrimp (initial mean weight: 12 g, six shrimp/tank, n = 3) were stocked in a recirculation system. Apparent protein ranged from −40.11% 78.51%, 15.17% 97.03% 13.33% 82.56% among different sources, respectively. In general, digestibilities soy sources (77.6% 62.77% 82.56%, respectively) are higher than animal (51.39% 71.41% 45.29% 69.77%, single-cell (15.17% 53.47% 40.39%, respectively). Among three TSBM showed highest digestibility. individual acid also variable types ingredients, there reasonable correspondence most digestible feed this study conventional (SBM) indicated that these good shrimp. Resultant data may provide useful information commercial industry.
