摘要: Abstract Twelve ingredients obtained from new, non-genetically modified soybean cultivars as well commercially available sources of meal (SBM) were evaluated in practical feed formulations for the Pacific white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei , using both digestibility and growth trials. Apparent coefficients energy (ADE) protein (ADP) determined chromic oxide inert marker 70:30 replacement technique. Digestibility ADE ADP ranged 76.6 to 91.3% 93.6 99.8%, respectively. In general, two distinct groups high moderate values observed. A separate 8-week trial was conducted evaluate selected SBMs six replicate tanks per dietary treatment (10 shrimp tank, initial weight 0.52 ± 0.04 g). An SBM-based reference diet formulated commercial SBM (45.3), which then completely replaced on iso-nitrogenous basis with other experimental SBMs. Significant differences ( P ≤ 0.05) observed performance but not survival. trends similar those trial. Ingredients (I)-16, I-17, I-18, I-19 demonstrate relatively higher terms supporting good growth. Results indicate that genetic selection nutritional characteristics has potential increase feeds.
