摘要: The UV absorption spectra of trimethylgallium (TMG) and arsine adsorbed on silica were investigated. spectrum the physisorbed layers TMG similar to corresponding vapor spectra. On other hand, chemisorbed layer was quite different. from that vapor. Arsine can be layer, although it cannot silica. co-chemisorbed consisting arsine, found extend greatly longer wavelengths.
