摘要: Abstract The aim of this paper is to develop an accurate model electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHSA) and estimate the parameters. physical behavior each components has been analyzed a linear obtained. Then, cylinder friction phenomenon chambers volume variations have considered non developed. An EHSA prototype produced used parameters validate models. comparisons between simulation results experimental data show that well describes main dynamics fits with high accuracy.
