摘要: The purpose of this paper is to summarize the importance rational and compatible measurements road roughness point out some problems possible methods for making such measurements. Some ideas are also set forth a general index that could be used on worldwide basis comparing both paved unpaved surfaces evaluating serviceability vehicle operating costs. It intended provide an assessment current state art comparative evaluation alternative surface (paved unpaved) measurement methodologies, with particular attention using important relationships between costs condition. There need common scale measuring roughness. First, we must able compare results research cost from several studies (for example, in Kenya, Brazil, India) evaluate magnitude nature errors associated applying developed one country other countries.
