摘要: The Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) Clinical Competence Assessment (CCA) study established the reliability, validity, and feasibility of ECFMG CCA with graduates medical schools in 50 countries around world U.S. residency programs. first pilot project provided a profile clinical competencies foreign program director. is now being introduced projects outside United States to address needs expressed by ministries health, organizations, institutions several countries. A bank globally relevant cases assembled. separate will be modified development faculty members each country establish regional context. It hoped that ultimately result establishment global standards use all nations meet their individual collective needs.
