摘要: Primary pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC) is a rare type of non-small cell lung cancer. In this study, we retrospectively reviewed the data from 74 consecutive patients with LELC and investigated prognostic value pretreatment monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR). The cut-off determined by ROC curve for MLR was 0.262. According to value, 36 (48.6%) had lower ( = 0.262) were significantly associated poor OS PFS. multivariate Cox regression model that included stage, LDH level, all these three factors found be independent both PFS OS. who received radical surgery, level remained correlated conclusion, firstly demonstrated can used as useful marker in LELC, might guide us optimize treatment strategies. However, due relatively rarity disease limitation retrospective further prospective studies performed multicenter are necessary validate LELC.
