Preparation and optical properties of the co-doped ZnTe single crystals

摘要: The ZnTe:Co single crystals are obtained by diffusion Co-doping. spectra of optical density in the range 2.4–0.38 eV investigated. It is found that Co-doping shifts absorption edge to low-energy region. similarity and ZnS:Co established. observed lines attributed transitions electrons from level ground state 4 A 2(F) Co2+ ion levels excited states T 1(P), 1(F), split spin-orbit interaction.
