摘要: Freezing of leaves in the field depends on physical, chemical, and biological factors. One factors considered are ice nuclei activator bacteria (BANH), which epiphytic to leaf plane (phyloplane). These BANH respond environmental changes such as high moisture low temperature "super cool down" internally form crystals externally avoid that physical phenomenon annihilates them. As a consequence plant tissue freezes dies. Chemical control used reduce density phyloplane has generated inconsistent results. Information is necessary native micro- organisms with antagonism crops economic value. In this research we isolated microorganisms from citric plants antagonist BANH. We determined inhibitory effect these growth ecotypes nutritive agar. evaluated frequency nucleation sweet orange, sour mandarin, lemon. Results show existence citrus antagonists The application reduced damage freezing. Antagonist microorgan- isms were identified those Enterobacteraceae genus genii Gram positive bacteriagenera: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella sp., Bacillus Micrococcus luteus. A yeast was well. It concluded may provide an alternative plants.
