摘要: With appropriate resuscitation, 900 000 newborns are prevented from suffering severe asphyxia each year [1]. Simple measures such as protection hypothermia, head positioning and suctioning recognising those who need respiratory support can make significant changes in neonatal mortality morbidity rates. Despite the importance of educational programs still not widely developed developing countries, mostly due to limited resources, fact that other important health problems affecting children tract infections gastroenteritis predominant shortage medical staff trained for resuscitation.
