摘要: In the present study we have localized immunohistochemically intermediate filament proteins of human pituitary gland (adenohypophysis, pars intermedia and tuberalis) by an indirect immunoperoxidase technique or double immunofluorescence methods analysed individual cytokeratin polypeptides using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. We found that expression cytokeratins in different epithelial cells anterior was heterogeneous. Whereas endocrine only expressed 8 18, folliculo-stellate exhibited a reactivity for 7, 8, 18 19 as well GFAP vimentin.
