Cyclooxygenase 2 (Cox-2) has been reported participating in a variety pathological processes, including tumor invasion metastasis. In this study, we sought to explore correlation Cox-2 MSCs proliferation, migration. were transfected pcDNA-Cox2 NS-398 promote or inhibit expression Cox2. Then, MTT, transwell, qRT-PCR western blot used test influence Cox2 on migration cell viability mesenchymal stem. The results show that promotes directional differentiation overexpression cox-2 can activate key factors JNK ERK signaling pathway, differentiation.
