摘要: In this chapter, we summarize current knowledge about the effects of fire, logging, and grazing on coniferous forest birds their habitats. We critically review results studies evaluating how these individual factors influence bird numbers, species diversity, nesting success, habitat use in ponderosa pine forests. Documented potential interactions among fire exclusion, livestock grazing, range management are discussed relation to structure, succession, avian use. Finally, outline some areas where further research is needed better understand habitats Southwestern
