摘要: The processes underlying the very first moments of embryonic development are still not well characterised in mammals. To better define kinetics events taking place following fertilisation, it would be best to have perfect synchronisation sperm entry. With fertilisation occurring during a time interval 6 12h same group fertilised oocytes, this causes major variation activation development. Bovine parthenogenesis could potentially result and, if so, offer model for studying developmental competence. In present study, bovine oocytes were either parthenogenetically activated or and cultured vitro 7 days. Gene expression analysis those two groups embryos at early expanded stages was performed with BlueChip, customised 2000-cDNA array developed our laboratory enriched clones from various embryo microarray data revealed that only few genes differentially expressed, showing relative similarity between kinds embryos. Nevertheless, fact we obtained similar diversity parthenotes suggests is more oocyte-specific than entry-time related. We then analysed Ingenuity pathway analysis. Networks involved blastocyst implantation but also previous development, like maternal-to-embryonic transition, identified. This new information allows us understand regulatory mechanisms associated status.
