摘要: Ginger is known to possess potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, in vivo studies rats were initiated investigate if ginger fed through diet can improve their status. Inbred male Wistar/NIN divided into four groups containing six animals per group. The 1st group received a stock whereas the 2nd, 3rd 4th with incorporating powder at 0.5%, 1% 5% levels for period of one month. After month feeding, sacrificed livers kidneys collected analysis enzymes like superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx), estimate lipid peroxidation protein oxidation. all three enzymes, which are important components antioxidative defenses, significantly stimulated ginger. significant reduction inhibition oxidative products indicated potential when consumed naturally diet. findings reported suggest that regular intake protect against tissue damage.
