摘要: The transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1), a member of the TRP superfamily channels, is primarily localized to subpopulation primary sensory neurons trigeminal, vagal, and dorsal root ganglia. This subset nociceptors produces releases neuropeptides substance P (SP) calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), which mediate neurogenic inflammatory responses. TRPA1 activated by number exogenous compounds, including molecules botanical origin, environmental irritants, medicines. However, most prominent feature resides in its unique sensitivity for large series reactive byproducts oxidative nitrative stress. Here, role models different types pain, neuropathic pain migraine, summarized. Specific attention paid as main contributing mechanism transition mechanical cold hypersensitivity from an acute chronic condition transducing pathway oxidative/nitrative stress nociception, allodynia, hyperalgesia. A migraine triggers or medicines have been reported modulate activity ensuing CGRP release. Thus, antagonists may be beneficial treatment migraine.
