摘要: The degradation of tributyltin (TBT) and changes bacterial number community structures were investigated in microcosms using the sediment collected from Mekong River, Vietnam. Concentrations TBT sediments less than 0.62 ng/g (dry wt), lower those reported other areas. TBT-resistant bacteria found three sampling sites, occurrence rates 11–16% out total viable count. In this microcosm experiment, initial concentration [1.0–1.4 μg/g wt)] decreased to 0.6 wt) during 150 days, whereas that control with autoclaved did not change, indicating River contains high TBT-degrading activity by microorganisms. monitored denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis almost same between test groups, addition had little influence on microbial structure. seems have a stable against pollution.
