摘要: Abstract An improved isolation method for biopterin and neopterin from natural sources is described. Crystalline dihydrobiopterin dihydroneopterin were prepared by reduction with sodium dithionite successive purification column chromatography. The 7,8-dihydro structure of was established comparing their nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra to those authentic 7,8-dihydropteridines. NMR spectrum sepiapterin revealed that this compound also has the configuration.
