摘要: Heat shock proteins (Hsps) have dual functions, participating in both the stress response and a broad range of developmental processes. At physiological temperatures, it has been demonstrated deuterostomes (vertebrates) ecdysozoans (insects) that Hsps are expressed tissues undergoing differentiation morphogenesis. Here we investigate expression Hsp70, Hsp90 their regulatory transcription factor heat (HSF) marine gastropod Haliotis asinina, representative 3rd major lineage bilaterian animals, Lophotrochozoa. HasHsp70, HasHsp90 HasHSF maternally H. asinina progressively restricted to micromere during cleavage. During larval morphogenesis, they unique overlapping patterns prototroch, foot, mantle. Hsp peaked these periods cell returning lower levels after morphogenesis was complete. These HSF akin those observed deuterostomes, with being activated cells
