摘要: We have demonstrated that domain switching in ferroelectric copolymer films can be significantly affected by humidity. With increasing relative humidity (RH), we observed larger domains with highly irregular boundaries as a result of lateral spreading the tip-induced electric field originates from water adsorption. Fractal dimension study reveals fractal is higher cases where RH higher. The results show one major parameters copolymers, and therefore could allow clear understanding regard to behavior under ambient conditions.
