摘要: Aim: The Cockcroft and Gault formula is a quick reliable method for calculating creatinine clearance without 24-hour urine collection (CG-cl). In obese subjects an excess of fat mass provokes reduction in daily excretion per body kilo weight responsible overestimated renal function when calculated by CG-cl. aim this study was to devise simple correction which could also make use CG-cl subjects.
