摘要: Abstract Acanthamoeba is a genus of free-living amoebae found to be able host many bacterial species living in the environment. Acanthamoebae and Vibrio cholerae are aquatic environments cholera endemic areas. Previously it has been shown that V. O1 O139 can survive grow castellanii. The aim this study was examine ability polyphaga O139. interaction between A . strains studied by means viable amoeba cell counts count bacteria absence presence amoebae. intracellularly growing estimated utilizing gentamicin assay. Electron microscopy used determine localization inside results showed A. enhanced growth survival , which grew survived cells for 2 weeks. electron hosted intracellular localized vacuoles cell.
