摘要: Aim:  Some mRNA concentrations are observed to increase in the maternal circulation association with pre-eclampsia, including placenta-specific 1 (PLAC1) and pregnancy associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A), which were previously proposed as predictive markers for pre-eclampsia. Here, we investigated their early-onset late-onset pre-eclampsia determine whether different mechanisms involved these two forms of disorder. Material Methods:  Peripheral blood placental samples collected from patients RNA was extracted levels PLAC1 PAPP-A mRNAs determined using real-time quantitative PCR. Results: PLAC1 significantly increased pregnant women compared those healthy women. The median concentration 5.5 times higher (P < 0.01) that 5.1 than expression placenta showed no significant difference women. Conclusion:  These findings suggest reflect leakage damaged villus cells rather placenta. Injury chorionic might be more severe
