摘要: Many nonrandom chromosome abnormalities have been associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL). Some of these are nonspecific changes seen in many different histologic subtypes. We describe a series bands 10q23–25 159 consecutive NHL patients abnormal cytogenetic findings. The proportion karyotypes 10q varied from 3% among the immunoblastic to 67% diffuse large cleaved cell lymphomas. Seventeen (10.7%) had 10q23–25. All but one were B-cell tumors. consisted six deletions and 11 translocations. Sixteen 17 abnormality when cells first karyotyped. remaining patient acquired third biopsies. In follicular subtypes [follicular small (FSC), mixed (FM), noncleaved (FL-NC)], found nine patients, all association 14q32. Seven t(14;18)(q32;q21). Overall, observed 11.9% (8/67) low-grade [small lymphocytic (SL), FSC, FM] lymphoma cases. DNA was available five probed for rearrangements HOX11 (TCL3) oncogene probe. As expected, we did not find such Abnormalities reported previously at this frequency.
