摘要: OBJECTIVES Recent studies have shown that some growth factor receptors with tyrosine kinase activity, eg, the epidermal receptor (EGFr) and c-erbB-2 (HER-2) oncoprotein, are associated aggressive biologic behavior of various cancer cell types. We examined clinicopathological significance expression localization EGFr HER-2 in both invasive intraductal components ductal adenocarcinomas pancreas. METHODS Tissue samples from 76 archival cases pancreatic adenocarcinoma were immunohistochemically analyzed for membrane cytoplasmic overexpression oncoprotein. The rate incidence between was then their correlation tumor differentiation patient prognosis analyzed. RESULTS Cytoplasmic more frequent (47 76, 62%) than (19 25%), while (41 54%) (11 14%). also (15 20%) (2 3%), but did not differ (12 16%) (8 11%). grade 3 group (32 33, 97%) 2 32, 47%) 1 groups (0 10, 0%) (P < 0.001). Patients showed shorter overall survival those without = 0.02). CONCLUSION It is suggested plays a significant role progression adenocarcinoma, especially invasion acquisition clinical behavior. Both no poor survival.
