摘要: The early 1990s saw an intense debate over the locus of expression NMDA receptor-dependent LTP. This provided impetus for research into mechanisms modulation and trafficking glutamate receptors presynaptic vesicles. As new forms LTP are discovered at different synapses, a simple resolution pre- versus postsynaptic seems increasingly remote.
