摘要: Aims: To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of malignant minor salivary gland carcinomas larynx. Methods: Clinical patient information regarding presentation, pathology, outcome was obtained through a review charts. Results: Malignant in larynx were confirmed pathologically 15 patients (11 males, 4 females) between 2003 2010 our hospital; 6 had mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC; 40%), adenoid cystic (ACC; 40%) 3 adenocarcinoma (20%). The most common tumour location subglottis (60%), followed by supraglottis (33%). In total, 13 underwent surgery, which 10 (77%) positive/insufficient resection margins. mean follow-up time 42.3 months, with range 8-129 months. 3- 5-year overall survival rates 46.7 20%, respectively. Conclusion: is rare disease that showed male predominance study. often localised subglottic region, histological types ACC MEC. Wide-margin surgery postoperative radiotherapy advocated. prognosis poor compared to squamous cell same stage.
