摘要: Abstract Physiologically based stimulation of earlier human inhalation exposure to methylethylketone (MEK) at a concentration 200 ppm for 4 h suggested that the kinetics were dose-dependent. Two male volunteers therefore exposed MEK 3 concentrations: 25, and 400 ppm. Blood concentrations monitored during after exposure. The results showed clearly dose-dependent higher concentrations. Simulated 8 suggests saturation are reached an 50–100 ppm, depending on physical work load.
